Quotation valid for 30 days

Note:

  • All timber has been kiln-dry for little to no movement.
  • Surface protection will be X4 coats of hard wax oil – for top and the bottom X3
  • When cleaning/wiping down tabletop use chemical free spray or just water to wipe down with a microfiber cloth please do NOT use chemicals to wipe/scrub Imber, it may stain or discolor
  • We have maintenance products available that will prolong the life of the finish of your piece
  • Steel legs for tables has threaded insert and furniture screws so table legs can be detracted for dismantle

All works carry a 7-year guarantee on workmanship, this includes:

  • (Structural) with any warp or bow to make the table unstable will be fixed
  • Any cracks in resin from natural movement will be fixed with refill of resin
  • Stains from coffee / drinks will NOT be replaced (please use coasters), these stains can be fixed for a fee.
  • A ceramic coating for scratch/water/stain resistance will be applied)
  • Wet areas for timber tops e.g. (vanity tops) for a bathroom will be coated with a 2pac sealant (water resistant)
  • Please keep away from direct sunlight this may cause timber to warp/cup/discolor
  • Excessive heat directly over/under timber tabletops may cause the timber to warp or cut

Artistic Assembly will perform all works as per detailed in the supplied quotation and in accordance with State OH&S Acts, Regulations, Codes of Practice and Australian Standards.

For all variations or additions to this quote, I will contact the client to be notified and further approval will be requested.

Please note the cost of the initial investigation has been invoiced separately from this quote.

A 70% deposit is payable on acceptance of the quote and the remaining outstanding amount is payable upon receipt of the invoice.

Please be advised that the payment for works will be required on the day of completion of the job by Cash, Cheque or Credit Card.

Artistic Assembly will do their best to carry out all works in a reasonable timeframe. However, delays can occur from time to time due to elements and unexpected events.

All Artistic Assembly pieces are subject to variations due to the uniqueness in wood pattern and resin pigments used.
