Product Information & Care

All timber pieces have been kiln-dry for little to no movement and have had multiple coats of hard wax oil applied to the top and bottom
We ask that you please keep your piece away from direct sunlight and excessive heat directly over/under, as this may cause the timber warp/cup/discolour
Any warping or bowing that makes your piece unstable will be covered under your 7 year warranty as well as any cracks in the resin from natural movement
Wet areas pieces that are made with timber e.g. (vanity tops) will be coated with a 2pac sealant (water resistant)
Steel legs for tables have a threaded insert and furniture screws so table legs can be detatched for easy dismantling

Cleaning/Care:

Your piece has a ceramic coating applied for scratch/water/stain resistance to assist with natural wear and tear that occurs
We Insist that when cleaning/wiping down your piece you use a chemical free spray or just water with a microfibre cloth, please do NOT use chemicals to wipe/scrub timber, it may stain or discolour
We do provide a free bottle of spray cleaner and a microfibre cloth that will prolong the life of the finish of your piece, you can also purchase more when needed
Stains from drinks/liquids ect can be fixed for a fee, or to prevent this from happening you can also purchase some custom coasters from us to go along with your table
